Dawn shows you that even a beginner can make a 6×6 Mini Album in an hour.

This step by step video show you with a few basic supplies and tools, you too can make a beautiful 6×6 Mini Album in no time at all.

The album is also made using very few scrapbooking supplies.

For this project you will need;

• two and a half sheets of 12×12 cardstock,
• 12 sheets of 6×6 patterned paper or 4 sheets of 12″ x 12″
• two MDF/chipboard covers.

From Card

• Cut 6 pieces at 6″ x 6″ and 5 pieces at 2 1/4″ x 6″ and score in at 1″ on either short side end.
• From Card cut one piece at 3 3/4″ x 6 1/4″ and score in 1″ in on both ends.
• Cut 2 pieces Chipboard at 6 1/4″ x 6 1/2″.

Patterned Papers;

• Cut 10 pieces at 5 3/4″ x 5 3/4″
• Cut 2 pieces at 6″ x 6″

This One Hour 12 Inch Mini Album is a fantastic Super Quick Project! Deciding on your papers will take you longer. This Mini Album will hold 48 –  6×4 photos so idea for keepsake gift giving.

Supplies you will need are;

11 x 12″ x 12″ Cardstock at least 250 – 300gsm

2 Grey Board 12″ x 12″

14 sheets of 12 x 12  Patterned Papers

Tools needed ;

Scoreboard

Paper Trimmer

Bone Folder

Glue

Dies for cutting decorative edges optional

Card;

9  sheet at 12″ x 12″ OR 30.5cm x 30.5cm

6 at 2 1/4″ x 12″ OR 6.5cm x  30.5cm Score on short side in at 1″ on both sides  OR on short side in at 3cm on each side.

1 at 12″ x 7 1/2″ OR 30.5cm x 18cm and score in on short side at 2 1/2″ OR 6cm on either side.

Cut Grey board at;

2 at 12″ x12″ OR 30.5cm x 30.5cm

Patterned Papers;

14 at 11 1/2″ x 11 1/2″ OR 29cm x 29cm

1 x for decorative edges of your wrapped hinge.

With the success of the 6×6 Mini Scrapbook in an Hour  I want to show you how you can create this album with some interactive pages which means you can add even more photos to your mini scrapbook album.

This is a step by step tutorial in real time, so you can gather up your supplies and craft along with me.

I have broken this tutorial down into several videos so it makes it easier for you to stop and pick it up at again at anytime, meaning you don’t need to fast forward the video and find where you left off.

Each page construction and dectoration has its own video, there are 4 interactive pages along with inside front and back cover pocket pages.

I have also broken the assembley of the Album in 2 parts, part 1 shows how to attach the pages to the spine as it is slightly different to the method used in the 6×6 Mini Album in and Hour. In part 2 we attch the pages to the cover and finish decoration the Album.

This tutorial is great for crafters of any ablities and as the video tutorials are step by step which makes it easy to follow, I would recommend this to take your mini scrapbooks to another level. Enjoy!
